Really enjoyed satisfactory breakfast, cheap and clean room.

The staff was polite, really made a difference to my trip.

The breakfast was reasonable and included.

The hotel was clean, and its proximity to a large Carrefour supermarket proved convenient for my needs. Despite the hotel's basic amenities, it served its purpose well for my work trip.

The noise levels from other guests were disruptive.

No facility nearby or at the hotel for an evening meal.

Convenient location to get the ferry to Dover, easily reachable.

Average facilities, but that's ok given the price asked. What was not so good is despite we asked if it was ok to leave at 6am the gate was closed. Luckily we were on the motorbike so we could leave via the pedestrian gate, if we were by car we would have missed our ferry. Not good service !

I stayed for a night, and it was a pure braw deal for the price! Got a tidy wee room, perfect after a long drive. Only downside was the noise from other guests. had to use earplugs. Free parking nearby was a belter!

The cost was very reasonable but you get what you pay for and the facilities were like the price, cheap and cramped.

Tiny little room, perhaps the smallest i've ever been in. Facilities are bog standard too. My brother and were cycling around that weekend and needed a place to rest after disembarking at Dunkerque, this hotel was a lot further than stated. Otherwise, room was clean and service was fine.

The staff were cute upon my arrival, and I appreciated the hotel's proximity to a large Carrefour supermarket. The room was cozy and clean.

Parking space is quite limited.

Good value for money, near to ferry, near to supermarket

I booked this hotel for two nights for my sister and myself and stated on the booking form that my sister was disabled, when we got to the hotel to check in we were allocated room number 605, which was up two flights of steps ( total 26 steps ). I complained to the desk clerk and after some persuasion he then allocated room number 8. the room was adequate. The concertina door separating the bathroom from the sleeping area could not be used as it was broken therefore exposing all personal hygiene procedures to the occupants.

I asked for two extra pillows and another blanket as the bedroom was very cold and was told that we were only allowed one blanket and two pillows. We returned from visiting Rotterdam on the evening of the 13th and could not access room 8, the security guard was reluctant to believe that my sister and I had booked in for a two night stay. We were very disappointed at the almost hostile reception we received from the staff at this hotel. We will not be staying at this hotel or any in the group again as it completely spoilt our short holiday.

I was disappointed with the state of maintenance in the hotel. The bathroom had a leaking shower, causing the entire floor to become a hazard. The lack of staff at reception made check-in a frustrating ordeal, as we had to wait for an extended period before someone showed up to assist us.

The room was ok

Staff very poor in friendlyness.Breakfast very poor, no bowls for cereal ( had to use coffee cups, no plates for bread unfrienly staff both on arrival and in the morning.
